Why an investor-only brand
The name says investment property for a reason. Loans for rentals follow different rules from loans for the home you live in: they are business-purpose credit, they lean on how the property performs, and they come from a different group of lenders. Keeping our focus narrow lets us know those programs well, including how each one treats rent, entities, short-term income and larger buildings.
It also keeps things clear for you. If a property will be lived in by you or a family member, we will say so plainly and step aside rather than try to fit it into an investor loan.
How we work
You tell us about the property and what you want the financing to do. We review the scenario, run the coverage math, and compare programs from wholesale lenders that fit the property type, ratio, credit profile and ownership structure. Then we explain the options and their trade-offs in plain English and help you assemble the file. The lender you choose underwrites, approves and funds the loan.
What we will not do
