Broker relationship
Investment Property Loan is a brand of Loan Daddy LLC, a mortgage broker. We arrange and shop financing from wholesale lenders. We do not underwrite, approve or fund loans. Any loan is subject to the lender underwriting, approval and terms, which may change.
Business-purpose only
Our services are limited to business-purpose loans secured by non-owner-occupied investment property. By submitting a request you confirm that no borrower or family member will occupy the property and that the loan is not for personal, family or household purposes.
No offer or advice
