We use it to review your request, contact you and compare wholesale lender options. We do not sell your personal information, and you can opt out of texts by replying STOP.

Investment Property Loan is a brand of Loan Daddy LLC (NMLS 2827624), a mortgage broker. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Loan Daddy LLC operating this website.

- Property and loan details: state, property type, purpose, value, loan amount, occupancy and any message
- Attribution details: the page you landed on, the referring site, and campaign parameters such as utm_source or click identifiers
- Technical details your browser sends, such as IP address and device type, used for security and fraud prevention
How we use it
We use your information to review your request, contact you about it by email, phone or text where you have consented, compare programs from wholesale lenders, keep records required by law, and improve the site. Calculator inputs stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
Who we share it with
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
We share information with wholesale lenders and service providers only as needed to evaluate and process your request, such as customer relationship management, communications and hosting providers bound to protect it. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or ask us to stop contacting you. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements, by emailing us. Residents of some states have additional privacy rights, which we honor as required.
Cookies and storage
The site uses your browser session storage to remember how you first arrived during a visit so that information can accompany your request. We do not load third-party advertising scripts on this site.
